At Conyac, any problems between clients and freelancers need to be resolved through discussion between the parties concerned. However, you can report a user who has violated the Terms of Service, lost contact with you, or have other problematic behaviors.

How to Report a user
1- Open the [Applications] page of the user you need to report.
How to access the application page
Home >> Click Project name >> Click [Applications] >> Click the user name of the user
2- Click [...More] on the [Applications] page, and click the [Report Abuse].
３）An Inquiry Form will appear. Please let us know the details of the issues/problems you are having with the user.
Depending on the severity of the freelancer's problematic behavior, we may lock the account of the user in question.
The same reporting function applies to clients as well. If a client is found to be in clear violation of the Terms of Service, we may lock their account even if they have a project in progress.
