In Standard Request, there is a function to assign optional labels to the requests.
Assigning labels allows you to filter Standard Requests by label names, making it easier to search for and find what you are looking for.

Assign labels to Standard Requests
You can assign a label to the Standard Request of your choice.
1 . Click on the [Home] icon at the top of the screen.
2. On the main page, click on the [Standard Request] tab.
3. The Standard Request list will be displayed. Click on the title of the request you would like to check.
4. You will see the translation result for that Standard Request. Click on [Label] on the right-hand side. From the pulldown menu, choose one of the following:
- Add New Label
In the Add New Label window, enter the name of your choice, and click [Create]. A new label will be created, and it will also be assigned to the request. - Manage your Labels
The Manage Labels page will open. From here, you can change and/or delete labels. - Labels
If there is more than one label made, you will see in the pulldown menu the names of the labels and a check box for each one. Assign a label to a request by checking off the check box. Multiple labels can be assigned to a single request.
Filter Standard Requests using Labels
Standard Requests can be filtered using labels.
1 . Click on the [Home] icon at the top of the screen.
2. On the main page, click on the [Standard Request] tab.
3. All the Standard Requests will be displayed. Click on [Label].
4. From the pulldown menu, choose the label you would like to filter. Only requests with the label chosen will be displayed.
Manage Labels
Labels can be created, edited, and deleted through the Manage Label page. Any labels you have already created will be displayed on this page.
Click on [...] and choose [Manage Labels].
The following functions are available on the Manage Label page.
- Create a Label
Click on [Add New Label]. Enter the name of the label and click on [Create]. - Edit a Label
Click on [Edit] next to the Label you would like to make a change. Enter the new name for the Label and click on [Update] - Delete a Label
Click on [Delete] next to the Label you would like to delete. When you see the message “Are you sure you want to delete?”, click on [OK].
