Follow these five simple steps to make a standard translation request:
Click "New Request" that is on the top right of the page.
On the "New Request" page, click "Standard request."
Step1. Add File and/or Add Text
Click "Add File" when you have a document that you want to translate.
Only Text (.txt), Powerpoint (.pptx), Excel (.xlsx), and Word (.docx) files can be uploaded at the moment.
More file types will be included in the future.
If you would like to add text manually, click "Add Text".
Enter the title for the request, the text itself and some instructions or more information for translators separately.
Click "Save" when you finish entering all the details.
Once you have finished adding the file(s) or adding the text(s), you can check it under the "Uploaded Files / Texts" that is shown under the three steps.
You can edit or delete the file/text from here.
Step 2. Select language pair
Select the original language ("Translate from") and the target language ("Translate to").
After entering the languages, you can see how much it will cost.
Please note that the cost for each request depends on the number of characters and the languages (both translate from and translate to).
After confirming that you have entered the correct text or uploaded the correct file and that all the details are correct, click the "Proceed to Options" button to enter the Request Confirmation page.
Step 3. Confirm the Request
On the Request Confirmation page, you can select options and confirm the request in detail.
On the left side of the page, you can choose the following options:
- Premium Request
- Double-check

Step 4. Complete the Request
Once you confirm your balance, click "Checkout" to submit your request.
You have completed the order!
