How do I request a translator to make a revision?

If a translator submits a translation that you deem to be unsatisfactory, during the feedback period you can make a comment to ask them to make a revision as follows.

1. Go to the homepage
2. Click 'Feedback'
3. Click 'Make a Comment' in the Activity section
4. Specify why the translation was unsatisfactory and give any information or documents they may require to complete the job to your standards.

We recognize that you may be under pressure to get a translation job done quickly and that an unsatisfactory translation can be frustrating. However, we ask that you keep the tone of your communications positive and productive.
