How do I keep a project request directly offered to a specific freelancer private

Project requests that are offered directly to freelancers by searching for a specific freelancer, or from a freelancer’s profile page, are made private and can only be viewed by the client and the hired freelancer. The information on the project will not be made publicly available to other users.
